  My sister ordered a pizza through Menulog at 6.55pm. She then called the store at 8.24pm to check where the pizza was. She spoke to someone then they passed her to their manager Daniel. She spoke to Daniel who immediately told her he had never received the order so it must not have gone through. She then read the reference number to which he responded 'yeh you shouldn't order through menulog as its unreliable'. She said 'the money has gone through can I please have my pizza' he said yes and already knew what we had ordered. He not once apologised to my sister instead telling her it was menu logs fault and the company was going to get rid of the app. She called the shop back forty minutes later at 9.05pm and informed Daniel she was disappointed that as the customer we were not given an apology. She told him that even though it may not have been his fault, his company uses menu log and as the customer we deserved an apology. She never raised her voice or got angry and explained to Daniel that he needs to be more sympathetic to customers when they are waiting two hours for their food they paid for (plus $9 delivery fee). The delivery girl arrived outside my sister's place 5 minutes later. She went outside to grab our pizza and when she got back she told me the delivery driver said she had been told by Daniel to come back to the store (without delivering our pizza). Honestly I have never experienced this level of immaturity or bad customer service. The pizza delivery girl was apologetic and lovely according to my sister. The pizza was very nice as well so you guys produce a quality product but have atrocious management. My sister ended up posting a review on Facebook but the next day the pizza shop no longer showed any reviews on their Facebook page and we never got a response.
